Privacy Policy

We collect the information you give us directly:

• Invoice content — the client names, company details, line items, and amounts you type into the builder, so your invoice and PDF can be generated.
• Uploaded assets — logos and signatures you add to your invoices.
• Account information — your name and email, only if you request dashboard access.
• Message form data — the name, email, and message you submit through our contact form.

We use this information only to operate Invoice Maker: rendering your invoice, keeping a requested dashboard accurate, and responding when you contact us. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your client list for marketing.

Invoice Maker does not process payments. We never ask for, collect, or store your clients' card numbers, bank details, or any other payment credentials — invoices are settled directly between you and your client, however you've arranged it.

Any account or invoice data you choose to save is stored with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

Invoice Maker doesn't currently set any cookies or use browser local storage — the builder runs entirely in your browser tab. See our Cookie Policy for the full breakdown and what changes as we add account features.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@invoice-maker.co. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let account holders know.
