Terms of Service

Invoice Maker is a free, browser-based tool for creating, styling, and downloading professional invoices as a PDF — no account required. A paid dashboard is also available, currently set up by request, to help you organize and track your invoices by client and status.

Invoice Maker is not a payment processor. We don't process payments, move money, hold funds, extend credit, or sit between you and your clients, and we don't offer investment, gambling, cryptocurrency, adult content, or money-transmission services of any kind. Statuses like "Sent", "Paid", and "Overdue" are set manually by you to stay organized — you and your clients settle payment directly, however you've already agreed on.

No account is needed to build and download an invoice. The builder runs in your browser, and you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you put on your invoices and for having the right to use any logo, signature, or content you upload.

Paid dashboard access is currently granted by request while we onboard accounts individually. Any billing terms are agreed with you directly at that time. We'll update this section with full self-serve details once that's available — in the meantime, the following applies to any paid access:

• The price you're quoted is the full price — no hidden fees.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date unless you cancel before that date.
• You can cancel anytime by emailing contact@invoice-maker.co before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.
• Canceling stops future renewals but doesn't refund a period that's already been billed — see our Refund Policy for first-payment refunds.

Don't use Invoice Maker to send fraudulent invoices, impersonate someone else, or violate applicable law. We may refuse or revoke dashboard access for accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.

You keep ownership of the logos, signatures, client data, and invoice content you enter or upload. We don't review invoice content before it's created, so you're responsible for what you put on it.

Invoice Maker is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for disputes between you and your clients over payment.

To the extent permitted by law, GLS PRO LLC's liability for any claim relating to Invoice Maker is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can stop using Invoice Maker at any time. We may suspend or revoke dashboard access for accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

You may not access or use Invoice Maker if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. government sanctions or trade embargoes, or if you are listed on any U.S. government denied-party or restricted-party list. You're responsible for complying with the export control and sanctions laws that apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let account holders know.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
